Samsung Galaxy S5 mini goes official with 4.5" screen, all S5 sensors

The Samsung Galaxy S5 mini features

3. Quad Core Cortex-A7 cores @ 1.4GHz
4. RAM- 1.5GB
5. Internal storage -16GB
6. Android 4.4 KitKat
7. S Health, Private mode, Kids mode and Ultra Power Saving mode.
8. Battery is 2100 mAh.
9. Camera - 8MP stills and 1080p @ 30fps video features the Shot & more and Virtual Tour modes and S Studio editor.

The body is IP67 certified meaning it is completely dust tight and can be submerged under up to a meter of water for half an hour. Interestingly there's no flap covering the microUSB 2.0 port on the bottom, Samsung has managed to make it water resistant with some sort of special coating.
The back is perforated leather and features a heart rate monitor, while the hardware Home key on the front doubles as a fingerprint reader.

The connectivity was bumped up to 150Mbps LTE and keeps the IR blaster on top.

The Samsung Galaxy S5 mini will begin its rollout in Russia early this month in four color options: Charcoal Black, Shimmery White, Electric Blue and Copper Gold. Pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but there's a dual-SIM version inbound.
